- Routine inspection conducted for the concession. Pre-packaged food only. No food preparation/cooking is permitted onsite. - Hand washing sink (at two-compartment sink) properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - High-temperature dishwasher reached 72C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle. Good - minimum of 71C required. Dishwasher is used for occasional special events and wine/beer glasses. - Bleach sanitizer solution available in spray bottle at 200 ppm. - Coolers measured at 4C or colder - Chest freezer at -18C or colder. - Thermometers available - Dry storage area satisfactory. All food stored off the floor and in protected containers/bins. - General sanitation satisfactory - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Regular pest control is in place.
