304	Critical Inadequate Water Quality / Disinfection / Treatment / Quantity Observation: 25 Inadequate treatment for the removal of parasitic cysts of Giardia / Cryptosporidium Corrective Action: Water treatment is currently not capable of removing or inactivating parasytic cysts of Giardia and Cryptosporidium. Continue investigating most appropriate treatment system upgrades.
304	Critical Inadequate Water Quality / Disinfection / Treatment / Quantity Observation: 16 Water sample positive for total coliform Corrective Action: Approximately 13% of treated water samples submitted in 2010 were positive for total coliform bacteria. This exceeds the maximum standard.
304	Critical Inadequate Water Quality / Disinfection / Treatment / Quantity Observation: 35 Inadequate treatment to reduce organics (i.e. nitrates, hydrogen sulphide) Corrective Action: High levels of organics in source water result in a high level of chlorination by-products in treated water. Enhanced treatment would reduce this.
