0240  Corrected During Inspection Employees observed working in the food service area without proper hair restraints.
Ensure all employees wear hair restraints such as hats, hair coverings or nets, beard restraints, and clothing that covers body hair, that are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting exposed food clean equipment, utensils, and linens, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
0570   Wiping cloths improperly stored between use.
Ensure wet wiping cloths are stored in a chemical sanitizer at the proper concentration between use.
0960 2   Milk, bread, soda, and cups racks were observed used as shelving.
Remove the milk, bread, soda, and cup racks and replace with approved shelving.
0960 2   Wooden tables and shelving, throughout the facility, were observed unsealed.
Seal the wood to be easier to clean.
1320   There was no temperature measuring device located in the basement walk-in refrigerator.
Provide a temperature measuring device in all hot or cold holding equipment used to store potentially hazardous foods so that employees can routinely monitor the ambient air temperature.
1370   The warewashing machine is not equipped with a device to warn of low sanitizer level.
Alter or replace the warewashing machine so that an audible or visual warning is given when more chemical sanitizer needs to be added.

1770 C   Observed accumulations of dust, dirt, food residue or other debris on the following nonfood-food contact surfaces: refrigerators, freezers, gaskets, splash guard, ice machine, soda gun holder, basement walk-in refrigerator compressor, exhaust hood and filter system.
