4-501.114(A)  Corrected During Inspection Critical When tested, the chlorine-based sanitizing solution was observed to be at a concentration less than what is required for effective sanitization of food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils. Observed no sanitzer in the wiping cloth bucket during today's inspection.
A chlorine-based sanitizing solution shall have a minimum concentration of at least 50 to100 ppm total chlorine when tested using the appropriate test kit. Wiping cloth bucket reassembled and adjusted to 100ppm using facility test kit.


The purpose of this visit is a risk factor assessment in response to a report of a foodborne illness received by our office on November 20, 2012.
