Comments:
Treatment system appears to be functioning properly at this time. Ensure free chlorine residuals are recorded when tested.
Treatment building has high humidity and should be addressed with improved ventilation.
Bacteriological sampling frequency in 2017 has been inadequate with 7 samples submitted from only 3 sample dates.
System will be rechecked at the end of this fiscal year, and sampling frequency will be reassessed.
