Corrective Action: Water is under surface influence and is not presently treated.

Observation: 16 Water sample positive for total coliform
Corrective Action: A total of 8 water samples were submitted from January to June 2010 with 6 showing the presence of total coliforms. This greatly exceeds the quality standard.

Corrective Action: No samples were submitted since June 2010. You are required to submit samples monthly.
