304	Critical Inadequate Water Quality / Disinfection / Treatment / Quantity Observation: 16 Water sample positive for total coliform Corrective Action: A total of 8 water samples were submitted from January to June 2010 with 6 showing the presence of total coliforms. This greatly exceeds the quality standard.
304	Critical Inadequate Water Quality / Disinfection / Treatment / Quantity Observation: 30 Inadequate treatment for the removal of metals (i.e. Iron, Manganese, etc.) Corrective Action: Water needs to be treated to remove or reduce metals to a safe level.
305	Critical Inadequate Analysis Data / Monitoring of Water Quality Observation: 05 Inadequate bacteriological sampling (i.e. specified location / frequency, etc.) Corrective Action: No samples were submitted since June 2010. You are required to submit samples monthly.
309	Inadequate Emergency Response Plan / Implementation Observation: 05 Emergency Response Plan has not been submitted for approval Corrective Action: A water system Emergency Response Plan must be completed and submitted prior to Oct 30. 2010.
