104	Critical Failure to flood proof a well in accordance with the Regulation Observation: Well is susceptible to runoff water and would be vulnerable to flood water. Corrective Action: Feasibility study has been approved to proceed and should provide options for delivering safe drinking water.
401	Critical Failure to provide potable water Observation: Water treatment system is not capable of delivering potable water consistently. Corrective Action:
409	Total coliform exceedance Observation: 3 of 16 samples submitted to date in 2013 were positive for total coliforms. Corrective Action: Feasibility study is intended to provide direction in this regard.
410	Critical Water sample positive for E. Coli Observation: 2 samples submitted in 2013 to date were positive for e. coli bacteria. Corrective Action: Boil Water Advisory remains in place.
