304	Critical Inadequate Water Quality / Disinfection / Treatment / Quantity Observation: 30 Inadequate treatment for the removal of metals (i.e. Iron, Manganese, etc.) Corrective Action: Water needs to be treated to remove or reduce metals content to a safe level.
304	Critical Inadequate Water Quality / Disinfection / Treatment / Quantity Observation: 16 Water sample positive for total coliform Corrective Action: Out of 8 samples submitted in 2010, 6 were positive for total coliforms.
304	Critical Inadequate Water Quality / Disinfection / Treatment / Quantity Observation: 01 Lack of disinfection equipment Corrective Action: Water is under surface influence and is not presently disinfected as required.
305	Inadequate Analysis Data / Monitoring of Water Quality Observation: 05 Inadequate bacteriological sampling (i.e. specified location / frequency, etc.) Corrective Action: Samples must be submitted at least monthly.
