305	Critical Inadequate Analysis Data / Monitoring of Water Quality Observation: 05 Inadequate bacteriological sampling (i.e. specified location / frequency, etc.) Corrective Action: Only 3 samples on record for 2007. You are required to submit samples regularly throughout the year as discussed.
309	Inadequate Emergency Response Plan / Implementation Observation: 05 Emergency Response Plan has not been submitted for approval Corrective Action: You are required to complete an Emergency Response Plan and submit a copy to the Health Unit. This needs to be completed prior to June 01, 2008.
