Observation: Boxes of produce were being stored directly on the ground in the dry storage area.
Corrective Action: Ensure all food is stored a minimum of six inches off the ground to protect it from contamination.
708   Procedures identify cleaning and sanitizing agents & concentrations used and their uses (Sec 24 (2)(b))
Observation: Bleach sanitizer solution was measured at >200 ppm chlorine (bleached out test strip).
Corrective Action: Ensure bleach sanitizer is proper concentration of 100-200 ppm. To mix this solution, mix half a teaspoon of bleach with one litre of water.
