Areas addressed from previous inspection (26/03/04) as follows.
105.New cover installed on deli display case. Food temperatures maintained below 4ºC /40ºF and monitored with a probe thermometer on a regular basis.
108.All wiping cloths must be are clean, restricted in use, and stored in approved sanitizing solution. Sanitizing solution (100 ppm Chlorine) with wiping cloths is kept in a separate container, monitored with test strips and changed every 2 hours. Spray bottles with chlorine solution also being used.
122. Food Safety Plan approved on 30/04/04.
115.Screen door installed at back entrance.
130. Sanitation Plan approved 30/03/04.
