Corrective Action: Please get the bar glasswasher serviced by a qualified technician so that it provides 12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse cycle. In the meantime, serve drinks in disposable cups.  |

Spoke with the bar manager on the phone and advised her to switch to disposable cups until glass washer is repaired.
