All the outstanding items on the 28 June, 2010 inspection report has been corrected.
1. The walk in cooler is running at < 4 Degree Celsius.
2. Temperature logs are being maintained.
3. Sanitizer solution is being used to store the wiping clothes.
4. Soap and paper towel is available on all the hand washing stations. The hand washing station inside the washroom is now accessible.
5. All the food related items including the packaging material has been taken out of the washroom.
