110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: In use food including (ice) dispensing utensils not properly stored.
Corrective Action: To reduce the risk of contamination to the ice, provide a designated ice scoop and store in a washable container on a separate shelf (external to the ice machine!) with the handle facing out.
115   Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control
Observation: Fruit flies were noted in the downstairs prep area and appear to be congregating around the mop bucket.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the mop head and bucket are rinsed after each use and that dirty water does not remain in the bucket.

Comments:

All cooler and freezer temperatures are satisfactory and well monitored.
General cleanliness of the premise is good.
Handwash stations are properly stocked, staff appear to be following proper handwashing procedures.
Rinse rinse cycle temperature in the dishwasher is satisfactory.
