Comments:
Additional cleaning into the corners of the fridges is still required and the rusty shelves within the reach-in refrigerators should now be replaced/sealed leaving a smooth cleanable surface, new plastic shelving is on order for the walk-in cooler, cleaning generally improved, new hot tank been ordered and awaiting fitting, pizza knive replaced, wash hand sink now available for use at the pizza station.
