The following items from the previous inspection has now been corrected:
The dishwasher is now providing 50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
Chlorine test strips are still not available. The operator is advised to provide chlorine testing strips to monitor sanitizer levels in the dishwasher so that the same violation doesn't reoccur.
