The following items have been completed:
- New refrigeration unit has been installed (as per Order issued January 14, 2010).
- Temporary handwash station has been provided.
Premise approved to re-open for business on January 21, 2010.
Still to be done:
- Hard-plumbed handwash sink to be installed by February 3, 2010. If sink is not installed by this date, Sunrise will be ordered to close, until handwash sink installation is complete.
- Provide drawings/plans for approval, prior to sink installation.
