The following items have been completed:
- Application has been submitted
- Food Safety Plan has been submitted
- Sanitation Plan has been submitted
- Foodsafe certificates have been submitted
- Plastic, shatterproof covers have been provided for ceiling lights in kitchen
- Thermometers have been provided in all fridges and freezers.

The following items still to be done:
- Thorough cleaning of all floors, walls and equipment.
- Post Sanitation log and Temperature log - monitor and record results daily.
- Provide probe thermometers for testing food temperatures.
- Follow-up inspection will be conducted once facility is open for business.
