Comments:
The following items corrected since last inspection:
116. 1) Schedule for floor repairs has been submitted. New flooring will be installed in kitchen by end of December, 2013.
2) Worn kitchen counters will be repaired or replaced by end of December, 2013.
3) Kitchen ceiling vents have been cleaned. Damaged or stained ceiling tiles still to be replaced.
4) Outside garbage/recycling area has undergone some cleaning and re-organizing. Some further cleaning/reorganizing still required. Any broken or unused equipment or shelving to be removed or discarded.
5) Kitchen has undergone some deep cleaning of floors and walls, especially under and behind equipment. Thorough cleaning of all areas of kitchen must be maintained on a regular basis, especially de-greasing of hard-to-reach areas.
402. 1) All foods in walk-on cooler now stored on shelving a minimum of 6 inches up off floor
2) Ice machine used for storage of ice only.
A follow-up inspection will be conducted in January 2014, to confirm installation of new flooring and counters.
