Corrective Action: Ensure all non-food containers (cleaning products) are clearly labeled with contents.

Comments:

The following items noted at time of inspection (in compliance with Regulation):
- Wall-mounted liquid handsoap and paper towel dispensers provided at handwash sinks
- Dishwasher sanitizing rinse water temperature recorded above 180F (2 dishwashers)
- Refrigeration temperatures recorded below 4C
- Freezer temperature recorded -22C
- Walk-in cooler well organized (foods stored on shelving at least 6 inches up off floor, foods covered labeled, dated)
- Temperature logs maintained daily
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles provided for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site
- Premise clean and well organized
