Initial inspection conducted following renovation. Due to renovation works not completed, a full inspection was not possible. Dishwasher was checked and reached 71C measured at the plate. Some minor cosmetic work of premises not finished, retail spaces are full of boxes/equipment and cleaning is still underway. Follow-up inspection scheduled for tomorrow morning.
