Observation: Front line cooler did not measured 4C at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Use this unit only for display of non-potentially hazardous items until it can maintain 4C.

Comments:

General Observations:
- Hand sink supplied with soap and paper towel.
- Dishwasher final rinse measured 71C at plate.
- Sanitizing solution available for food contact surfaces.
- No signs of pest activity were noted during today's visit.
- General sanitation is acceptable.
- Foodsafe trained staff on site at time of inspection.
