Comments:

Follow-up inspection conducted this date. Operator has altered the menu to include pasteurized egg product for aioli and Caesar dressing. An updated food safety plan has been provided. An updated temperature monitoring program has been provided to address the line inserts. Line cooler is running at 2C at time of inspection as required. Operator has relocated the storage of the aioli and Caesar dressing to inside to coolers instead of in the inserts. All items from the previous report have been properly addressed. No concerns at time of inspection. Thank you for your prompt attention to these items.
