Observation: Top line-coolers noted at +12C.
Corrective Action: Potentially hazardous food should be stored at +4C or less. These items should now be repaired/adjusted.

Observation: The ale cellar is also used for storage of produce and other foods. At the time of the inspection the floor had a pool of liquid around the kegs with mould/yeast type growth.
Corrective Action: This area should now and routinely be thoroughly cleaned.

Corrective Action: To prevent risk of cross contamination from floor to food contact surface, food should not be stored directly on the floor.

Observation: There is an open drainage pipe from the ice machine in the basement area.
Corrective Action: This should now be replumbed to ensure water is directed into the drain.

Observation: The walk-in freezer is now frosting and causing ice build-up on food products, ceiling and floor.
Corrective Action: This should now be repaired.

Corrective Action: The damaged areas, in the short-term, should now be repaired and long-term, arrangements made for the kitchen floor to be resurfaced.
