i Temperature Control
1. all cooling units checked for temperatures and thermometers, all units satisfactory except pie cooler @ 7C. Please de ice the unit and check for proper operation of temperature of between 0 and 4C.
ii Sanitation equipment
1. hi temperature unit dishwasher observed @ 185F
2.washroom clean and fully equipped
3. hand washing area in food prep area requires replacement of liquid soap by sink
iii General Food Storage and Comments
Food storage observed to be satisfactory
