Areas that have been addressed since the previous inspection (April 2/08):
105 - both of the coolers that were not maintaining adequate temperatures have been adjusted/serviced, both units were measured at 1 C at the time of inspection = good.
110 - Sandwiches that are made on-site are now being dated to ensure proper product rotation.
116 - the BBQ area has been cleaned up; this area is scheduled to be power-washed during spring shut down to clean remaining grease build-up.
