Observation: Gaps underneath liquor storage room. Gaps underneath back door next to sdry storage area.
Corrective Action: Provide door sweeps to this area.

Observation: The new shelves in the walk in cooler are made of a rough and unstable.
Corrective Action: Refinish/replace/remove the shelve in the walk in cooler. Shelves must be stable and have of a smooth non-porous easily cleanable finish.

Observation: The grout lines in the kitchen require a thorough deep cleaning. This should be conducted on a regular schedule, either annually or bi-annually.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the tiles are properly cleaned during the next slow period.

Observation: The vent hood baffles are dirty and require cleaning. The hood vent is also due to be serviced.
Corrective Action: Clean the hood vent baffles. Ensure the hood vent is serviced.

Observation: The dry storage area shelves are dirty. The paint is wearign off and is now subject to staining. These should be cleaned to assist with diligent pest control practices. The flour and sugar bags should be stored in conatiners with tight fitting lids.
Corrective Action: Clean the dry storage shelves. Refinish the shelves during the next slow period. Provide containers with tight fitting lids for all bags of dry goods.

Corrective Action: Ensure that temperature logs are complete and up to date.

Comments:

Premises generally well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Sealing of the alcohol storage room and upstairs storage area has been completed as per last inspection. Thank You.
