Observation: Premises is experiencing a severe fly infestation at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: A thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the premises is required. Focus on the drains, the dry storage area, the garbage area and the pop storage area. Premises is closed until the flies are removed, the premises has been cleaned and sanitized, pest control measures are implemented and a management plan is created to address this issue.
