Observation: Dishwasher booster heater is not working
Corrective Action: Repair booster heater immediately. Until the dishwasher is repaired, use single service utensils where possible, run the utensils through the dishwasher and provide a sanitizing dip where 100ppm chlorine is provided to dishes for 2mins each.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Open bags of foods in the dry goods storage area.
Corrective Action: Provide containers with sealable lids for personal foods used in the premises.

Observation: Cleaning is required.
Corrective Action: Clean in between the dry storage shelves, behind the computer, underneath the fryer, and behind and underneath all equipment.

Comments:

All refrigeration temperatures meet regulatory requirements. Re-inspection to be conducted in 2 days.
