Re-Inspection. Cleaning has taken place in front area. Back area: Wall area still needs a major repair. The temperatures of the steam table are better. Kevin has been reminded to take regular temperature checks of the hot foods. Left copy of the Daily Cleaning Schedule to help Kevin set up a regular cleaning schedule. Good improvement noticed.
