Observation: The stand up cooler used to store vegetables is running warm at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: As the foods are not considered hazardous (whole vegatabeles), there is not a health concern with the food, only staff should be aware of the issue and either fix the problem or ensure that only non-potentially hazardous foods are stored in this fridge.

Comments:

Premises is clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements except as noted in item 118. Dishwasher reaches required sanitizing rinse temperature.
