Premises is clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Walk in cooler is clean and organized. The display cooler is no longer working and management are using only prepackaged non-potentially hazardous foods in this area now such as bottled drinks. Sanitizer is present for utensils. Hot holding reaches 60C or above. No concerns noted at time of inspection.
