The following items have been corrected since last inspection:
116.Ice machine has been re-plumbed and plumbing connections approved by DOS building inspector. Floors, walls and ceiling have been painted, to provide a surface that is smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean. Shelves and storage bins have been provided for storage of ice scoop and bag's for ice. Ice machine is approved for use.
