Observation: The soap dispenser was empty at the hand sink at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Comments:

Premises is well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. The display cooler has been repaired so that it maintains 4C as required and can be used to store potentially hazardous foods (previously it was running warm and was used to store prepackaged non-potentially hazardous bottled drinks.

Some chocolate sauce had separated in the hot holding area and was replaced by staff during the inspection.
