Areas that have been addressed from the previous inspection:
105 - the salad cooler has been adjusted; staff must continue to monitor the temperature of food to ensure it is maintained < 4C.
108 - sanitizer buckets are in use in the coffee bar area for wiping clothes = good.
113/116 - Cleaning has been done under the sink in the coffee bar, ensure this is done regularly. Floor sinks have been cleaned, the smell has improved - ensure these remain clean .
