105  Critical Repeat Inadequate Cooling & Refrigerated Storage of Potentially Hazardous Food(s)
Observation: It was noted that some of the coolers under the counters in the deli area as well as the pizza prep station are holding foods slightly above 4C.
Corrective Action: Although this may be due to frequent opening of units during busy times, these should still be able to maintain foods at 4C. Monitor these coolers closely to ensure that all foods are being kept below 4C. Maintenance of these units may be required to ensure they are operating correctly.

Comments:

In general, this facility is clean and well-maintained.
Hand washing stations were equipped with liquid soap and paper towel - good.
Food handling procedures were observed during inspection - there are no concerns at this time.
Routine temperature monitoring is occurring for all refrigerators.
A quatz sanitizing solution is being used to store all wiping cloths - good.
High temp dishwasher is achieving an adequate temperature for sanitization.
