Comments:

This kitchen is used exclusively to cook food for the catering events. At the time of this inspection no food processing was taking place in the kitchen. There was no potentially hazardous food stored in the fridges. The premises appeared to be well maintained.
The dishwasher rinse temperature was not tested as part of this inspection because the hot water tank was switched off.
This facility offers raw oysters as one of the menu item. According to the information provided by the operator, the customers generally use the menu available on this business's website to order food for the catering events. The operator is advised to put the "increased health risk from raw oyster" warning next to the raw oysters on the on line menu.
