Comments:

Discussed the results of this follow up inspection with Tia, the restaurant manager.

The following items from the previous routine inspection have now been corrected:
- The dishwasher is sanitizing at >71 degree Celsius on the dishes. Temperature gauge on the dishwasher is indicating correct rinse temperature.
- The line cooler is running below 5 degree Celsius.
- Soap and paper towel provided on the bar sink.
- The mop bucket observed being stored away from the ice machine.
- No drink bottles observed inside the ice well at the time of this inspection.
