2. Foodsafe certified staff present. All shift supervisors are Foodsafe Level 1 certified.
3. Refrigeration temperatures are below 4 Degree Celsius.
4. Freezing temperatures are below -18 Degree Celsius.
5. Ice cream scoops are being stored in the dipper wells.
6. Bleach sanitizer available to sanitize the food contact surfaces.
7. Permit is posted at a conspicuous location.
8. Employee washrooms are well maintained.
9. Facility in compliance with Tran Fat Regulation.

Recommendation:
Hand sanitizer is not recommended in the washrooms. Please remove the hand sanitizer dispenser from the staff washroom to eliminate the possibility of the sanitizer being mistaken for soap or being used as an alternate for hand washing.
