Observation: 1) Missing floor tiles in areas where old equipment has been removed. 2) Walls require new paint.
Corrective Action: 1) Replace missing or damaged floor tiles. To be completed by September 30, 2011. 2) Kitchen is scheduled to be re-painted and any damaged drywall to be repaired. To be completed by September 30, 2011.

The following items noted at time of inspection (in compliance with Regulations):
- Dishwasher provides 100ppm chlorine in sanitizing rinse
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels provided at handwash sinks
- Walk-in cooler temperature recorded 4C
- Refrigerated prep table temperature recorded 3C
- New shelving units have been provided for dry food storage.
- All foods stored on shelving, minimum 6 inches up off floor.
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site
- Ice scoop stored n a sanitary manner, outside of ice machine
- Open package of dry-goods stored in food-grade containers with tight fitting lids.
