Comments:
Premises clean and well maintained. Dishwasher functions correctly with 50ppm chlorine in the sanitizing rinse as required. Chlorine strips available to test the dishwasher. Quats sanitizer present to sanitize equipment and utensils on the service line. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection.
