108. Dishwasher sanitizing rinse temperature recorded 76C, at plate level = good.
- Cleaning of kitchen has improved - please maintain regular cleaning schedule for entire facility
- Hot water pressure in public washrooms is still inadequate. Facility is old and requires extensive plumbing upgrades. EHO will review plumbing issues with building owner. Consider installation of hand sanitizer dispensers in public washroom, until hot water pressure can be increased.
