Observation: 1. Containers of food uncovered in refrigerators 2. Temperature log for refrigerators and freezers is not being maintained on a daily basis. 3. Some foods (grated cheese, sliced vegetables, tomato-based sauces) in walk-in cooler are stored in non-food-grade, blue, Rubbermaid containers.
Corrective Action: 1. Please ensure all containers of food in refrigerators are covered. 2. Please maintain a daily temperature log for all refrigerators and freezers. 3 .Do not use coloured, plastic containers for food storage. Foods must be stored in non-coloured (clear or white), approved, food-grade containers. These containers must be purchased from an approved Food Equipment Supply company.

- Thermometers available in all cooler units.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels available at handwash sinks.

- Facility clean and well organized.
