Corrective Action: All surfaces should be routinely cleaned with a sanitizing solution such as 200ppm quatz or 100ppm chlorine.

Observation: There is no paper towel dispenser for the hand washing sink.
Corrective Action: Install a paper towel dispenser.

Observation: Temperature logs are not kept for the cooler used to store dairy products.
Corrective Action: Begin daily monitoring of the temperature in the dairy cooler to ensure that it is always at or below 4C.

Comments:

Food for this premise is provided by the Aubergine Grille.
The glass washer was recently cleaned and was delivering adequate disinfection.
General cleanliness and maintenance was acceptable.
A minor fruit fly problem was noted during the inspection, but staff are currently taking appropriate measures to mitigate the problem. Consider using an enzymatic foam cleaner for the drains at closing time to assist with this problem.
