Comments:

Follow up to the initial inspection. The following items on the last inspection report has been corrected:
1. A paper towel dispenser has been installed near the 3 compartment sink. Another dispenser at the front hand washing station is still outstanding and according to the information provided by the operator, this dispenser will be installed by this evening.
2. The proof of ServSafe Certificate has been provided. The operator is advised that this course is not equivalent to the BC Food Safe Level 1.
3. A copy of the food safety plan available.

The permission is granted to operate this facility with the following conditions:
1. All shift managers get Food Safe Certification not later than Dec 17th, 2010. There must be at least one person with the Food Safe Level 1 training working on site all the times.
2. A paper towel dispenser is installed at the hand washing station.
