105 - Inadequate Cooling: Stand-up pizza cooler in downstairs kitchen repaired - thermostat replaced.
112 - Poor Sanitary Design: Efforts are underway to address the holes and gaps that are contributing to the accumulation of debris and difficult cleaning issues. Progress will be assessed during the next routine inspection.
115 - Rodent Control: The outdoor patio was fully winterized recently, which presented an opportunity to identify and correct potential rodent entry points. Additional corrective measures discussed with pest control company in November. Arrangements will be made with the Chief Engineer to have pest control reports forwarded to the health department.
