Comments:

This is the initial inspection for this facility. The construction has been done according to the approved plans except the fact that one of the hand wash stations in the back has been moved slightly away from the food preparation counter. This hand sink is still conveniently located for the food handler and the accessibility issues has been addressed by providing an open access to this food preparation area in place of a closable door shown in the submitted floor plans.
The line cooler in the back food preparation area yet to be installed.
The high temperature dishwasher is sanitizing at more than 82 Degree Celsius rinse temperature.
The food safety and sanitation plans have been submitted.

The permission is granted to open this facility provided that the following items are addressed before opening:
1. Seal the floor wall junctions throughout the food preparation and dishwashing area.
2. Provide liquid soap dispensers at both the hand washing stations.
3. Install the line cooler in the back food preparation area as per the approved floor plans.

The permit to operate for this food service establishment will carry the following condition:

No grease laden vapors permitted.
