Observation: A window cleaning product was being used as general cleaner/sanitizer of food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action: A suitable cleaning product and sanitizer solution should now be used and monitored daily for correct concentration.

Observation: At the time of the inspection other items containing food were being stored in the ice sink at the bar.
Corrective Action: Only ice should be stored within the ice sink.

Observation: The miso sauce stored within the dry food store area was in an open container.
Corrective Action: This product should be stored within a food grade container with a fitted lid.

Observation: The level of lighting intensity within the dry food store is too low.
Corrective Action: Lighting should be improved to assist in cleaning activities.

Observation: Food was being stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler and freezer.
Corrective Action: To prevent risk of cross contamination to food contact surfaces, food should be stored off of the floor.

Observation: Several of the fridge drawer edge seals are damaged and difficult to clean effectively.
Corrective Action: These should now be replaced.
