Observation: Temperature logs are not maintained for all cooler, freezer and hot holding units.
Corrective Action: Ensure that temperature logs are complete and up to date at all times.

Observation: Baked goods are displayed in front of customers without any covers.
Corrective Action: Provide a sneeze guard, container, or individually wrap all baked goods on display to protect them from contamination.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Bare, unfinished wood is present adjacent to the utility sink and around areas subject to splashing or spills.
Corrective Action: Finish these surfaces so that they are smooth, non-porous, easily cleanable.

Comments:

Follow-up inspection to report of 31/12/09.
-Line fridge door seals have been replaced.
-Hood vent gap has been sealed.
-Leak in the utility sink has been repaired.
-Floor/wall joint underneath utility sink has been repaired and refinished with a surface that is smooth, non-porous and easily cleanable.
