116 | Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment Observation: The floor is smooth, non-porous, durable and easily cleanable in all areas except there are some holes in the floor in a small area next to the dishwasher and the grease trap that will be hard to clean. Corrective Action: Refinish this small area so that it will be easily cleanable, particularly in the high debris areas near the grease trap. Another coat of the floor finish may be suitable to smooth out the problem areas. |
Comments:
The kitchen floor has been refinished as discussed. The remaining items for correction indicated on the April 2nd inspection report will be assessed when the current construction of the premises is completed. The dishwasher is functioning correctly at time of inspection and the final rinse temperature is able to achieve 71C at the dish..
